This 17 lb 6ft aluminum bar is 51" between the collars, the same as 7ft bars, and will fit on an olympic width rack.
Ideal for training olympic lifts at a low starting weight.
Not recommended for use on a rack without UHMW/plastic coating on the bar catches, because steel contact would damage the relatively soft aluminum knurling. You also should not drop this bar with bumpers like you would a high quality steel bar.
