Fast processing of your orders is important to us. You will receive the first order confirmation within minutes of your order placement, and another update when it ships, with the tracking information. If you do not receive an initial order confirmation, you may have made a typo in your email address, or the email may have gone into your spam folder (or Promotions tab in Gmail). Please contact us.

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (48 contiguous states)

WE CURRENTLY GIVE FREE SHIPPING FOR US ORDERS TOTALING OVER $500!

METHOD: Package carrier (UPS, Fedex, or USPS) or truck freight, at our discretion, based on many factors including size and weight. A tracking number is almost always available and will be emailed to you.

SPEED: The majority of orders you will receive within 8 business days, often less. In the event of an unforeseen backorder, you will be contacted. However, we make every effort to have any out-of-stock items marked "Sold Out" and unavailable for online purchase.

FROM: We ship from multiple locations across the U.S. Many items are drop-shipped to you directly from the manufacturers' facilities when possible in order to save on shipping and storage costs and offer you the best prices. Administratively we operate out of Pacifica, California, but carry no inventory here. We serve customers all across the country.

INTERNATIONAL, AK/HI, US TERRITORIES, MILITARY

Shipping is usually too expensive for small orders, often more than the price of the product. If you have an order over $2,000, it might be reasonable. Contact us.

 


FREIGHT DELIVERIES

When your order is heavier than about 180 lbs, or it's a bulky item with high "dimensional weight", we usually ship it by freight.

Freight is different from the normal UPS/Fedex/postal deliveries you're used to, but it's easy.

  1. The carrier will call you to schedule delivery, typically in a 4 hour window on a weekday.
  2. The truck will have your order on a pallet or in a crate.
  3. You can pull each box individually from the pallet on the back of the truck.
  4. If it's over 500 lbs or so, we make sure the truck has a lift gate so the driver can bring the pallet down and wheel it to your door. No stairs, sorry!
  5. Someone needs to be there to sign for it.
  6. See the number of pieces listed on the delivery receipt, or any damage, note any problems next to your signature, and contact us immediately if there are problems.

Missing items? Damage? Just let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we'll take care of it!
