2.5lb Increments
Going up in 5lb increments with each dumbbell means 10lb jumps when you're doing two-handed exercises. That's huge when you're struggling. 2.5lb increments help with this tremendously. Very few dumbbells we sell are available in small increments like this.
Better Than Rubber
Urethane is worth the cost for high-use environments. It doesn't degrade over time and start peeling or cracking. Sunlight or heat doesn't affect it in the long term. It's more abrasion resistant than rubber. And finally it has no odor. Top gyms commercial today use urethane dumbbells.
