One plate of specified size. Choose from 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 25, 35, 45 lb.

Note that you shouldn't drop these like you would bumper plates, as the core is cast iron.

As an all-purpose iron plate they are the ideal solution, easy to handle with the grip holes, without the need for harder to handle bumper plates just to get the bar the right height off the floor.

The rubber coating improves durability, protects equipment you lean them against, is quiet, and is easy to clean.

These plates, and all of York's current models of plates, have slightly larger holes than "snug" plates, making for a relatively loose fit on bars made with strict 50mm (1.97") diameter sleeves.
