Do dips on your BodyCraft F430 power rack with these dip handles!
These handles are designed to fit into the existing holes in the safety arms of your F430 rack. So you can do dips from a starting position as high or low as you can adjust the safety arms.
Use with Lat Attachment - These happen to be useful in conjunction with the lat attachment for the F430 rack. Set one dip handle on each side to hold your legs down as you do lat pulldowns!
We recommend that these dip handles be used inside the rack for maximum stability of the rack itself. You can expect the rack to wobble a bit if you install them on the outside of the rack, depending on your weight.
