A basic but high-quality lat pull down bar.
The bar is constructed of solid steel, not hollow tubing like the lat bars that come with some weight machines. This ensures it doesn't flex and will never fail, even under the heaviest loads.
Grip the shaft at either sets of knurling areas for a narrow or wide grip. Narrow grip pull downs work your biceps more, while wide grip work your traps more.
In the center attachment point is a swivel. Your hands will want to rotate slightly as you pull down, and this swivel allows that to happen so that you can keep a secure grip and your hands don't slip and your wrists don't get torqued.
