One medicine ball of specified weight.
The Troy VTX G2 medicine balls have a thick, rubber shell, with a textured surface for a good grip.
Underneath the shell is a bouncy rubber layer, ideal for rebounding against a wall or bouncing off the floor. The core of the ball is weighted appropriately so that several sizes are the same 9" outside diameter.
Each weight is color coded with the weight in big letters on the front. The back of each ball has a black VTX logo surrounded by a color coded border.
Not ideal for slams, because of the high bounce. See our Slam Balls instead.
