Jerk blocks are a fantastic tool for anyone with a bar and bumper plates to practice the jerk portion of the clean-and-jerk without having to clean the bar into position each time.
6ft tall lifters will prefer the 49" set. 5ft tall lifters can use the 37" set. This height will put the bar just below your shoulders.
The top block has a scoop for cradling the bar. The total height of the top block is 5", but we count it as 4" in the above set heights for when the bumpers are sitting in the scoop.
These also work great as plyo boxes if you remove the top blocks with the scoops. Unlike other jerk blocks, these don't have ridges on the sides that would get in the way of your jumps.
