Troy Barbell VTX Warranty

VTX product line comes with a full 1-year warranty, against manufacturer’s defects or breakage through proper use to the original owner. This warranty does not cover 8-sided rubber hex dumbbells in a commercial setting. Rubber products may carry a slight odor. This odor should be considered normal and will not be covered under the warranty.

American made bars have a Limited 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage. This warranty does not cover rust, bending, or any defects caused from use outside the functional capacity of the bar.

American made rubber mats when rolled up for shipping may crack if left rolled up after delivery for an extended amount of time. Any cracking after delivery of the mats will not be covered under the warranty.

USA Sports, Inc will replace or repair, at our discretion, any item shown to be broken provided it is returned to us for inspection. This warranty only covers failures due to material defects or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover failures from a result of misuse, neglect, misapplication, modification, or normal wear and tear.

USA Sports, Inc cast products need little maintenance. However, paint chipping, which could cause rust, if not maintained properly is not covered under warranty and is considered normal wear and tear. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the products. Information on proper maintenance of all products is available at your request through USA Sports, Inc.
