WARRANTY SERVICE

A standard 30-day warranty applies to all items for parts or entire replacement of defective products at no cost to the customer. Beyond 30 days, items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty as noted in each item's description and/or on the Warranties page. Please consult any documentation included with your equipment or contact us to obtain warranty service.

DAMAGED / NOT AS DESCRIBED

If something is wrong, you aren't responsible. It is our responsibility to ensure you receive your entire order in perfect condition and as advertised. If not, we will take care of the situation by sending you a replacement at no charge, or taking back your entire order at our shipping expense, for a full refund including shipping.

WRONG SIZE? SPOUSE HATES IT? CHANGED YOUR MIND?

We understand. It happens. We can take it back!

Here's the deal for these "buyer's remorse" returns:

• Contact us within 2 weeks of delivery (or within 4 weeks for orders delivered in December for Christmas)
• Return for full refund of item price for unused products
• Original and return shipping charges won't be refunded - Sorry, but we gotta draw the line somewhere!
• In some cases we may take back minimally worn/used products for a partial refund.
