2 Pairs of Chrome Plated Bar Holders
Both the bar holders and safety rods are chrome plated for better wear. They use the standard U-lock design that is proven to stop them from coming out by mistake and allows you to quickly pull them out for quick height adjustments. An extra pair of bar holders is also included. Keep the extra pair on the outside of your rack for doing standing overhead presses, or set them at bench press height.

Lat Pull Attachment
This transforms the BD-11 Power Rack into a complete home gym. Add lat pulldowns, tricep extensions, upright rows, curls, and many more exercises depending on the attachments you want to add. 2""x2"" 12-gauge tubing. 350 lb capacity.
Cambered lat bar and short straight bar included.
Weight posts are 1" diameter to hold standard or olympic plates. Add the adapter sleeves to fit olympic plates more snugly.

Outside Safety Arms
Includes a pair. These safety arms will fit on the outside front of the Valor BD-11 power rack, giving you the option of doing exercises outside of the cage with safety in mind.
Attach these easily to your rack by turning the safety bar sideways, inserting the peg into the hole, and turning the safety bar into position to surround the rack's upright tubing with the C-tubing of the safety arm. It won't come loose on you unless you pick it up and rotate it 90 degrees sideways. This is a proven type of mechanism that is used on many high-end power racks.

Premium Bar Holders
Includes a pair. These rubber-lined bar holders will fit on the inside or outside of the power rack. The BD-11 comes stock with round steel pegs only. These bar holders have a flat rubber-lined surface to protect your bar and reduce noise.
Attach these easily to your rack by turning the bar holder sideways, inserting the peg into the hole, and turning the bar holder into position to surround the rack's upright tubing with the C-tubing of the bar holder. It won't come loose on you unless you pick it up and rotate it 90 degrees sideways. This is a proven type of mechanism that is used on many high-end power racks.
