Plates with Grip Holes

Our high grade, wide flanged, tri-hole grip plate is made from the best ASTM Grade 20 iron. 3 slotted gripping areas are elevated off of the ground for easier lifting and loading from a prone or angled position. These Olympic VTX plates come in a gray, hammer-tone baked on finish to resist rust, chipping and corrosion. Rims and radius edges precision milled for a perfect circular shape and truer dimensions. Machine bored holes to protect the user as well as the bar and to facilitate easy plate loading and removal.
